When proven software reaches its limits.
Your software supports your day-to-day operations. But new requirements are becoming increasingly difficult to implement, interfaces are missing, and changes are becoming costly.
We look with you at what has stood the test of time and where things get stuck. Then we decide together whether targeted improvements are enough or a replacement makes sense – with your workflows and the people who work with them in mind.
You do not need a project plan yet. Tell us what works today and what should change.
In practice: deliveries with a connected digital workflow
To support deliveries to more than 4,000 sales points, we worked with the people in the company to review, simplify and connect their existing workflows.
Work reliably on the road
Scan items, document deliveries with photos and sign on a phone – even without a signal.
Keep the back office workflow digital
The captured data flows to the back office for review. The end customer then receives the delivery note and invoice digitally. This eliminates USB transfers, manual data transfers and duplicate paper printouts.
Four routes, one aim
Most enquiries start with the same problem: something is not working smoothly, and nobody is sure why. Sometimes the answer is a new application. Often, changing a workflow or making the figures accessible is enough. We examine your existing systems first, then suggest the smallest step that makes a difference.
Building software where standard products do not fit
If your process is the reason the business works, adapting it to a standard product would be a mistake. We build the application around it and replace legacy systems that no longer have a vendor.
Straightening out processes
Not every problem needs new software. Sometimes it is a break between two systems, duplicate data entry, or a rule nobody can justify any more. We say so, even when no project for us comes out of it.
Making figures visible
A focus since 2022: getting data out of the systems it is stuck in and making it usable. Often before anyone talks about a replacement at all.
Machine data and the technology behind it
We make data from the shop floor available in a form production teams can use. Where no one in-house can take responsibility for technical decisions, we take on that role for an agreed period – or provide a second opinion on another supplier’s proposal.
What would you like to change?
Choose the starting point that fits your situation. Many projects involve several areas.
Our software needs to evolve.
New requirements are becoming harder to implement. Together, we assess what still works well and whether targeted improvements are enough or replacement makes sense.
Our processes do not fit a standard solution.
Your processes have specific requirements that a standard solution does not adequately cover. We develop applications to fit, drawing on our experience in leasing, logistics and plant engineering.
We need reliable figures from our systems.
Data is spread across different systems, reporting takes too much effort or figures contradict each other. We bring the data together and work with you to identify the metrics you need.
We need support with technical decisions and team leadership.
You want to put a project on a sound technical footing or provide targeted support to an existing team. We contribute our experience to architecture decisions and project management, and can take on technical leadership if needed.

Technology & ExpertiseUnderstand your situation. Agree the next steps together.
Tell us what works today and what you would like to change. The first conversation is free and without obligation; afterwards, you receive an initial assessment or possible next steps. You incur costs only when you accept a proposal. For a more detailed business and technical assessment, we agree a separate engagement in advance, with a clear scope and limits on time and cost.
