Your processes have stood the test of time. With vertragWerk, we are developing a modern successor to established leasing and finance systems – with a redesigned user interface, flexible document storage and an enhanced posting and accrual engine.

Easier to use and calculate
The interface has been completely redesigned for browser-based work. The more intuitive calculation process also supports multiple assets within a single contract. Processing runs are carried out as server jobs in the background.
Store documents to suit your infrastructure
For document storage, vertragWerk supports local storage, S3, OneDrive and SharePoint. This lets you align storage with your existing infrastructure.
Create reports and analyse your data further
A modern reporting solution replaces the previous FoxPro reports. Documents can be exported without Word automation. For further analysis, the redesigned data connectivity makes access through Power BI or Microsoft Fabric easier.
Established business logic, carefully enhanced
The posting and accrual engine has been improved for customers in Germany and Austria. The current feature set is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses.
vertragWerk has a modular structure to keep the system lean and allow targeted extensions for additional features or customer-specific requirements.
Connect external checks to suit your needs
We connect risk, identity and anti-money-laundering checks through external providers according to your needs and under a separate commission. We help you select providers and handle the technical integration. We do not develop our own assessment methods; these checking services are not integrated as standard.
Built on over 20 years of experience
The developers involved bring experience ranging from the eLeaseWorld web calculator, presented at a customer's stand at CeBIT in 2004, to work on M-ASSET under customer contract since 2006. On this foundation, we are developing vertragWerk as crossVault GmbH's own product.
