Customer details are captured here and the contract is calculated while the prospect is still on site. Whatever is recorded wrongly at this point follows the contract for its entire term.
Contract administration and posting

MASSET, likewise a product of its owner and maintained by us under contract.
Portfolio management from signature to termination, including early termination and extension. That includes the accounting view with period accruals and a posting batch in DATEV format.
Calculation and credit decision

Spread across the systems we maintain under contract. In vertragWerk these values are parameters, so they can be changed without touching the code.
Interest rates, residual values, effective interest, advance payments and discounts determine what a contract costs. Rule sets decide beforehand whether it comes about at all.
Regulatory checks and invoicing

Built into vertragWerk, which is currently in beta.
Anti-money-laundering checks and identification of the counterparty belong to the signing, as does the invoice in electronic form. The obligation stays with you; software can make the record easier.
Reporting, documents and data exchange

Reports across the portfolio, contract documents in the usual office formats, and handover to accounting and finance software by interface or file. Direct debit and electronic document exchange hang off the same zone.
